1. What types of dye products do you supply?
We provide a wide range of chemical dyes, including reactive dyes, acid dyes, disperse dyes, direct dyes, solvent dyes and more, suitable for textiles, leather, paper, plastics and other applications.
2. Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes, we can provide samples for quality testing. Please contact our sales team for details on sample availability and shipping arrangements.
3. What is your usual lead time for production?
Lead time depends on the order quantity and product type. Standard orders are typically shipped within 2–4 weeks after payment or L/C confirmation.
4. Which shipping methods do you offer?
We offer sea freight, air freight and express courier services. For bulk orders, sea freight is the most cost-effective option.
5. Do you handle international shipping and export documentation?
Yes, we handle all necessary export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin and MSDS. We can also work with your appointed forwarder.
6. Can you customize packaging according to our requirements?
Yes, customized packaging and labeling can be arranged. Please discuss your requirements with our sales team when placing your order.
7. How do you ensure product quality during transport?
All products are packed securely using moisture-proof and damage-resistant materials to ensure they arrive in good condition.
8. What payment terms do you accept?
We usually accept T/T, L/C at sight, and can discuss other options depending on the order.
9. How can I track my shipment?
Once the goods are shipped, we will provide you with the bill of lading (for sea freight) or tracking number (for air/express shipments).
10. Do you provide technical support?
Yes, our technical team can assist with product selection, application guidance, and troubleshooting.
