Physicochemical Properties: Purple-red powder. Soluble in water (bluish-red to magenta). In concentrated sulfuric acid, it appears blue, turning bluish-red to purple upon dilution.
Applications: Mainly used for dyeing viscose with poor leveling but good exhaustion. Suitable for blending with other dyes. Also used for silk, wool, and paper.
