Physicochemical Properties: Light yellow powder, soluble in water. In concentrated sulfuric acid, it turns burgundy, diluting to deep yellow; in hydrochloric acid, yellow to brown with precipitation. Stable in dilute alkali. Water solubility is good, but iron ions cause a noticeable red shift.
Applications: Used for cotton, viscose, wool, and blends. Direct printing is feasible, but discharge printing is not recommended. Known for its fluorescent greenish-yellow shade, unmatched by other dyes. Often paired with Direct Turquoise Blue for bright greens.
